ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Your responsibilities:

- Full ownership and development of the HubSpot CRM + Marketing Hub system (administration, integrations, pipelines, automations, reports, user management).
- Audit and optimize the current HubSpot setup - identify improvement areas and lead implementation.
- Design and deploy cross-department workflows connecting marketing, sales, and customer success (e.g., lead handoff, onboarding, upsell alerts, support feedback loops).
- Build and optimize data flow and lead management processes across teams.
- Support Go-To-Market initiatives by designing automations, integrations, and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to leverage automation and improve operational efficiency.
- Create dashboards and reports.
- Ensure CRM data quality and consistency through regular monitoring and governance practices.

WYMAGANIA:

What we expect:

- Fluent English (C1 level is a must).
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Hub) - setup, automation, and integrations.
- Proven experience in CRM audits, data management, and process optimization.
- Excellent knowledge of Workflows, Custom Properties, Reporting, Lead Scoring.
- Strong understanding of lead management, sales, and customer success processes.
- Analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into process improvements.
- Proactivity, independence, and ownership.

Nice to have:

- HubSpot Academy certifications (CRM Implementation, RevOps, Data Quality).
- Experience in a start-up / scale-up environment.
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar.
