HTML job description: Permament job offer.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Act as a key link between Finance (R2R) and HR (incl. Payroll)
- Manage end-to-end HR cost controlling (headcount & personnel costs)
- Support monthly closing (accruals, intercompany, restatements)
- Consolidate and analyze data across countries
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Deliver reports, analyses, and cost simulations
- Perform variance analysis and provide business insights
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency between HR & Finance
- Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives

WYMAGANIA:

- Experience in HR Controlling / Finance / Data Analysis
- Fluent English and German (min. B2+)
- Strong knowledge of headcount & personnel cost management
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, data-driven, and continuous improvement mindset
