• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment.
• Act as a positive role model and friend.
• Collaborate with other staff members and family members.


Qualifications:
• Experience in child development and childcare.
• Energetic, gentle and easy-going personality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, loyal, discreet and trustworthy.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
