ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

ROLE:

- Manage the overall residential experience and ensure high tenant satisfaction.
- Oversee the full leasing process: marketing, property tours, lease signing, and onboarding.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries and daily communication.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor occupancy levels and manage lease renewals.
- Maintain accurate leasing records in the companys CRM system.
- Build and strengthen the resident community through ongoing relationships and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement community‑building activities that foster a sense of belonging.
- Support communication with tenants across digital and in‑person channels.

WYMAGANIA:

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven experience in managing property rentals, preferably residential units, and/or working with tenant communities or customer service.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to gain trust.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of organization and strong time‑management skills.
- Digital fluency, including experience working with CRM systems.
