ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Work independently and lead assignments or projects of simple to moderate complexity
- Troubleshoot product issues within compressed timelines, providing effective solutions
- Collaborate with preferred suppliers and co-packers to modify secondary placements based on internal stakeholder input
- Ensure customized product implementation by managing product master data creation, co-packing materials development, and co-packing specification creation and management
- Monitor co-packing service and materials costs, perform system maintenance, and oversee project timeline adherence
- Manage data within the end-to-end co-packing process, including technical specifications, artwork collection, and cutter drawings
- Maintain continuous alignment within a cross-functional team of specialists to ensure project success

WYMAGANIA:

- 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, co-packing, or production operations, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Experience in secondary placement development or co-packing processes is highly advantageous
- Completed apprenticeship or university degree focused on marketing, logistics, or sales
- Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for an international environment
- Ability to operate efficiently within a fast-paced, multifaceted organization
- Proficiency in data structuring and understanding complex datasets
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP is considered an additional asset
