ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Support daily middle office processes for investment funds within collective investment schemes
- Confirm and settle client transactions in line with market standards, deadlines, and internal procedures
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems
- Handle client inquiries and prepare transaction reports
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date procedures and documentation

WYMAGANIA:

- Previous experience in the financial sector, investment funds, or a similar role is an asset
- Familiarity with basic financial terms and products
- Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
- MS Excel skills
