I'm the founder of Busy Bee Design, an IT consulting company. We help strong technical talent build long-term relationships with a growing network of clients and compete for stable roles with competitive salaries.

I'm hiring a remote Interviewer / Call Specialist with fluent spoken English and a real technical background. The work involves preparing for assigned recruiter calls, representing candidates professionally, answering software-related screening questions naturally, and recording clear outcomes afterward.

This is a success-based collaboration with no hourly pay. Compensation is $500 for each qualifying accepted offer where the placed person starts paid work, plus 10% of the Busy Bee Design income actually collected from that active placement.

A strong candidate should have deep practical knowledge in at least one area such as backend, frontend, cloud / DevOps, data, AI / ML, QA, security, or mobile; be able to understand unfamiliar stacks quickly; use tools such as ChatGPT fluently; and stay current with software and AI trends.
