ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Ongoing execution payments. Coordination of authorizations and stamp duties
- Creating new contracts for SR, requesting access, archiving contracts, handling current inquiries, annexes, discount notes
- Preparation and verification of business plans for sales representatives
- Settlement and verification of indirect discounts
- Preparation and archiving of the company's commercial contracts
- Organizing meetings, Town Hall, support during Kick Off
- Onboarding
- Training new employees, first day at work. Work tools, training – coordination
- Medicover: settlement of occupational medicine invoices, sending referrals for medical examinations
- Health and Safety topics, monitoring training
- Team communication
- Supervision of the office budget and current expenses, contract review (purchases, fruit, courier, mail meetings)
- Cooperation with the Management Board (focal point). Execution of lease agreements, guarantees, ongoing contact
- PLT coordination

WYMAGANIA:

- Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Polish at level C2
- Minimum B2 level of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills, knowledge of MS Office
