Would you like to independently lead a project to build a new service branch for German-speaking markets for a Polish company with nearly 20 years of tradition?If you have experience in temporary work or service sales in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, we have the perfect offer for you! You will work directly with the Board, and your ideas will be implemented immediately. No micromanagement and full autonomy in your actions will allow you to spread your wings, with the prospect of becoming a Country Manager in Germany within the next year. Business Development Manager – DACH/NL
Your responsibilities:
- Acquiring key contractors and negotiating cooperation agreements in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands,
- Overseeing the recruitment process in collaboration with local recruiters, including coordinating employee onboarding in the assigned region,
- Organizing accommodation for employees or supervising those responsible for this process,
- Ensuring the stability and long-term growth of the company’s operations in the German market, including cost control,
- Monitoring labour law regulations and other legal requirements in Germany,
- Developing and implementing growth strategies, advising on optimal employment conditions.
We require:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service sales in German-speaking countries and/or the Netherlands,
- In-depth knowledge of the German-speaking market and an extensive network of contacts in the DACH region,
- Fluency in German and very good English skills,
- Practical experience in HR services or employment agencies will be a great asset,
- Knowledge of labour laws and employment regulations in Germany,
- Ability to build business relationships and negotiate terms with contractors,
- Proactive, independent, and result-oriented mindset,
- Experience in organizing accommodation or stays for foreign workers.,
- Practical knowledge of recruitment processes,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Availability to start in Q4 2024,
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and strong teamwork skills.
We can offer:
- Attractive base salary of 15,000–20,000+ PLN gross per month for the first six months, with the possibility of a raise based on the results of the new project.
- Employment contract, B2B, or management contract, according to the Candidate’s preferences.
