ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

Your tasks will include:

- managing and motivating your team
- developing and improving processes and strategies
- supporting your team when troubleshooting the most challenging cases
- designing SOPs and guidelines
- analyzing KPIs when it comes to their impact on business
- being the main Point of Contact for Business and Senior Managers

WYMAGANIA:

Your skills & experience:

- at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader
- very good English and German (B2/C1)
- experience and solid knowledge of banking products (back office, AML, or KYC experience preferred)
