ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

- Process Oversight: Lead and supervise Corporate Actions operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Define and track performance metrics to evaluate team productivity and operational efficiency. Leverage data insights to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Technical & Strategic Expertise: Apply strong technical and professional knowledge to guide decisions and align team objectives with broader business strategies.
- Continuous Improvement & Risk Management: Identify and implement opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and process optimization while minimizing risks and strengthening controls.
- Team Development & Training: Deliver training programs to support staff growth, technological proficiency, and adoption of best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and achieve common objectives.

WYMAGANIA:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent practical experience with relevant certifications also considered.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in the banking sector in roles such as Project Analyst, Asset Servicing Specialist, or Data Analyst preferred.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information, both verbally and in writing. Skilled in building and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Proven ability to perform well under pressure in fast-paced settings.
- Investment Knowledge: Solid understanding of investment instruments: equities, fixed income, asset-backed securities.
- Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Corporate Actions and/or Securities Settlement processes is a plus.
